PARTNER EXPECTATIONS

Building community is at the heart of our fundraising platform. We connect businesses, organizations, and residents in a cycle of giving and reciprocal support. The following are the expectations of a thinknlocal partner:

Support your local community by shopping local. Promote the cycle of giving by supporting all of the businesses that are supporting your cause. Refrain from requesting special discounts or favors from businesses who are already giving back to your organization through thinknlocal shop local fundraisers. Be sure to thank the businesses who have supported your cause. Promote the thinknlocal movement to your friends and family to maximize the impact we will have in the community. Always demonstrate your community pride by conducting yourself with integrity.

Agreement and Terms of Service for Organizations and Schools

This Terms of Service Agreement is made between thinknlocal Inc., and your Organization. We refer to an organization as any entity that is either a non-profit organization, school, or a sports team.

Our commitment:

As an organization, thinknlocal inc. will partner you with various businesses that have agreed to give back a percentage of their sales. This is based on receipts that are submitted through the thinknlocal mobile app. thinknlocal will also manage the fundraiser and collect the monies from participating businesses. The organization will receive 100% of the proceeds minus a processing fee of 10%.

Your commitment:

Promote your fundraiser to the best of your ability. Fundraise a minimum of $100.

*If $100 is not achieved, monies are forfeited and we reserve the right to withhold payment from the organization. Hold the group to a high standard and avoid taking advantage of the system (for example: camping out at a business and asking customers for their receipts).

We reserve the right to cancel your fundraiser at any time with cause. If a business does not pay their give back invoice we reserve the right to reduce the amount of the monies earned.
